Description of Duties:
- Supporting Front Office staff with business promotions
- This individual is required to support with the training of customers as part of their on-boarding to the Bank’s internet banking platforms
- They will be assisting management with documentation and preparing presentation materials
- The candidate will be trained to understand the cash flow of customers and promote cash management solutions
- This will include but not limited to promoting bank connectivity tools, interface solutions, FX, deposits and treasury management (eg. pooling, cash flow forecast) etc.
- Exposure to and understanding of working in a bank or financial organisation
- Basic knowledge in banking, cash management / settlement environment.
- Background in treasury management, pooling and its regulations is desirable.
Candidates must possess Japanese language skills.
