Job Description

Description of Duties:

  • Supporting Front Office staff with business promotions
  • This individual is required to support with the training of customers as part of their on-boarding to the Bank’s internet banking platforms
  • They will be assisting management with documentation and preparing presentation materials
  • The candidate will be trained to understand the cash flow of customers and promote cash management solutions
  • This will include but not limited to promoting bank connectivity tools, interface solutions, FX, deposits and treasury management (eg. pooling, cash flow forecast) etc.


Experience Required:


  • Exposure to and understanding of working in a bank or financial organisation
  • Basic knowledge in banking, cash management / settlement environment.
  • Background in treasury management, pooling and its regulations is desirable.


Candidates must possess Japanese language skills.
