My client are a well-regarded, multinational Financial Services provider. They are looking to expand their SMCR team and need a Certification Analyst.
Process documentation and information from relevant departments and individuals to complete
Certification issuance and MiFID Knowledge and Competency assessment.
Carry out ad hoc activities such as reporting, monitoring, and participating in projects as required.
Liaising with departments and relevant employees to arrange completion of the assessments required to support the issue of Certificates, and ensure all assessment results are correctly documented.
Undertaking assessment for onboarding, including liaising with Compliance and HR in relevant offices.
Escalating and updating any issues or irregularities related to Certification Regime to your manager.
Undertake filing, system updates and other activities related to these obligations.
Assisting SMCR or MiFID related projects
Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced) and Oracle HR
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task
Be self-motivated and proactive
Be able to work in a flexible and responsive manner according to business requirements
