Job Description

New opportunity within a Prime Brokerage Client Service team at a growing, international bank for a fluent French speaker. This role would be of interest to individuals looking for an opportunity to expand their knowledge of the OTC Derivatives/FX products in a client facing role.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with high priority clients through regular meetings/contact and fast response to incoming queries
  • Managing client risk and issues through dedicated day-to-day Client Service
  • Developing a keen knowledge of the expectations of clients and internal stakeholders (e.g. Front Office, Legal/Compliance, Operations…)
  • Recognising areas that require service improvement and introducing measures to enhance client experience

 

Key requirements include:

  • Good knowledge of OTC instruments
  • Fluent French language skills
  • Experience working in relevant markets e.g. Banking, Financial Services
  • Track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A track record of successfully managing projects which have met or exceeded their objectives
  • Ability to assist with performance tracking and analysis
