The compliance training and communication team sits within the Central Compliance function and they are responsible for the design, delivery and strategy of the training of all staff in EMEA. This is a high profile role with massive exposure across all levels of the bank
Organisation and administration of all compliance related classroom, webinar and eLearning training, utilising the Bank’s Learning Management System.
Analysis of compliance training data, feedback and completion metrics and creation of MI reports.
Design and delivery of compliance communication initiatives, including poster campaigns, emails, presentations and management of the Compliance Intranet.
Events management and administration of compliance training modules.
Timely and accurate production of reports.
Liaising directly with subject matter expert speakers and presenters.
Analysis of training feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Act as ambassador for Compliance Department, achieving positive feedback from stakeholders.
Management of the Compliance Intranet site and coordination of compliance inputs to the intranet.
Some training experience
Compliance experience is a 'nice to have' but by no means essential
