Job Description

Leading corporate bank seeks experienced Cash Management/Payments Operations professional to join a busy back office function. This role will focus on providing operational and customer focused support.


Key responsibilities:


  • Provide support to Front Office teams through efficient and accurate processing and administration of payments products
  • Process monthly cheque fee letters, customer billing and BACS error reports
  • Assist customers with payment queries or statement requests
  • Set up Direct Debit/Standing Order payments for customers
  • Become involved with the testing of system enhancements for the wider Back Office teams


Key skills

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of cash and payments products - Bacs, Chaps, Fast Payments, SEPA, Target2, SWIFT 
  • Ability to work to deadlines in an accurate manner
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working on multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to improve the effectiveness of processes and procedures
