Carr Lyons is a leading City based recruiter specialising in Search and Selection for the banking and financial services markets.

Our approach is to be both flexible and responsive to our client's individual needs and to partner with them to produce an effective and timely solution to their recruitment requirements. As a result, we are still working with many of the same clients today as when we started 20 plus years ago.



  • Proactively researching, mapping and sourcing candidates across the finance sector
  • Conducting face to face interviews with candidates
  • Managing and maintaining the recruitment pipeline 
  • Working in partnership with senior internal consultants and directors
  • Managing multiple roles at various stages of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Monitoring and updating the database



  • Prior work experience in a recruitment environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate well with others
  • The ability to manage the pressure of working in a target driven environment
  • High level of initiative and an ability to work without close supervision
