An international bank is looking for a motivated candidate to join their Trade Finance Client Service team in London. This role will enable an individual to expand their breadth of Trade Finance product knowledge while supporting Front Office teams through dedicated client service provision.
Key responsibilities include:
" Supporting Front Office teams with the execution of Trade Finance transactions
" Interacting with clients directly to solve queries and ensure coordinated implementation of new transactions
" Support and further develop the Trade Finance Services business on a domestic and international basis
" Responsibility for day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to: Market Research, Risk/Control, Internal Reporting etc.
" Reviewing physical contracts/documentation to confirm their acceptability with internal and regulatory standards
Key requirements include:
" In depth knowledge of Trade Finance products (Letters of Credit, SBLCs, Guarantees etc)
" Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably obtained within an international/global bank
" Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
" Excellent communication and teamwork skills
" Ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
" Comprehensive knowledge of UCP600/ISBP and URDG758 rules and regulations
" IT literate and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft packages
The successful incumbent will have experience working with a Trade Finance environment and will understand how to work quickly and efficiently within a dynamic team environment.
