Our client, a large International bank, are seeking a highly skilled Capital Structure Advisory Professional to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financing and capital structure advice to corporate clients, with a particular focus on industrials and automotive sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of debt and equity financing solutions, capital markets, and corporate finance advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert capital structure and financing advisory to corporate clients, with a focus on the industrials and automotive sectors.
• Develop and execute tailored capital structure strategies, including debt issuance, equity financing, and hybrid instruments.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and credit assessments to support client recommendations.
• Advise on refinancing strategies, liquidity optimization, and risk mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate with investment banking, debt advisory, and risk teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs and treasury teams.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic factors impacting corporate financing decisions.
• Support business development efforts, including pitch preparation and client targeting strategies.
