Corporate Credit Director (Commodities)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of credit reports through thorough credit application analysis and recommendations to Senior Management 
• Assessment of internal ratings and conducting credit reviews on a regular basis
• Identification of major risk factors and monitoring developments of specific product and industry sectors and investigating any adverse developments that may affect the quality of the book and bring to attention with Senior Management
• Provide guidance and liaise with the business side on all credit matters

Key Requirements:

• Advanced credit analysis and research skills (ideally gained in a mainstream banking environment)
• Experience of analysing major corporates and ideally LBO propositions across EMEA
• Ability to fully comprehend balance sheets, cash flows and P&L accounts
• Experience of emerging market lending and knowledge of the methodologies used within Rating Agency’s
